Returning a product to Lenstoom is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below:
Send an email to support@lenstoom.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your name, order ID, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address.
Pack the item securely using the original packaging. Include the invoice and RAN. Ship it to the address provided via a trackable courier service.
Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it within 2–4 business days. If the product meets our return criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase, such as a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
